Takashi specializes in Hospitality / Leisure / Travel Market, and is leading the Hospitality advisory team in KPMG FAS. He has provided various financial / operational restructuring advisory services to Hotels, Golf Courses, Theme Park and other leisure industries. He also covers financial advisory services for M&A, real estate sales and loan sales transaction to Japanese banks, domestic / foreign financial investors, and business companies in the real estate, hospitality and financial industry since 2002. Prior to joining KPMG, he worked for a Japanese bank as a member of investment banking division including real-estate finance and its work-out / corporate restructuring.
