Shuichi Kinugasa worked in accounting and management planning at a business company and at a foreign general consulting firm before joining KPMG Consulting in 2014. As a CFO advisor, primarily for consumer goods and electronics/parts manufacturers, he has led numerous projects including the formulation of medium-term management plans, organization of group management system and establishment of it involving business departments, optimization/DX of accounting and financial operations and utilization of shared services centers/business process outsourcing for them, refinement of treasury management, and introduction of accounting systems. He has over 20 years of CFO advisory experience. In recent years, he has worked as a CFO partner in such areas of corporate value management as management based on return on invested capital and financial strategies that support it.
