Since joining KPMG in 2006, she has extensively worked in the field of governance, risk, and compliance, providing support for enhancing and transforming corporate governance frameworks, reviewing organizational structures, formulating intellectual property and intangible asset strategies, developing corporate philosophies and purposes, establishing corporate codes of conduct, and building and advancing risk management and compliance systems.
She serves as ESG Governance Service Lead at KPMG Sustainable Value Service Japan. She is a member of the KPMG Board Leadership Center and a part-time lecturer in Corporate Governance at the Graduate School of Tokyo Metropolitan University.
