Hideyuki joined KPMG FAS in 2016, where he has been engaged in the origination and execution of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
Prior to joining KPMG FAS, Hideyuki worked at global investment banks and an independent M&A advisory firm, gaining extensive experience in a broad range of corporate finance activities.
Hideyuki has been involved in a wide variety of transaction types, including cross-border M&A, domestic industry consolidation, carve-outs, and restructuring transactions, across a diverse range of industries.
