Paul started with KPMG in Canada in 1995, and has worked with KPMG in many offices around the world including 20 years in Japan. During his career with KPMG Paul has been involved in over 300 M&A transactions, primarily in cross border private equity and technology. Paul is responsible for our Private Equity business in Japan, leading a diverse team of cross-functional professionals supporting private equity funds and their portfolio companies to source and execute deals, create operational value, and deliver outstanding returns to their investors. Paul also leads our Strategy business in the Asia Pacific region, as part of a deep regional network of technology-driven performance transformation specialists helping clients identify and achieve value improvements across a wide range of growth, operational and cash management levers.
In addition to his leadership role Paul directly supports some of our largest global Private Equity clients in Japan with due diligence and performance transformation.
