While having over 25 years of hands-on experience in management and operational turnaround of business, he serves as one of KPMG global transaction partner leading a number of mega cross-border M&A transactions. Masahiko served as Asia Pacific regional head of KPMG Restructuring Practice from 2005 thru 2010. He spent four years with KPMG US providing regulatory consulting services to financial institutions and adviced on disposition of non-core assets / bad debts in mid-90s. He is an author and editor of numerous books on Business turnaround, M&A and Management. In March 2023, He was appointed as Co-Chairman of KPMG Japan.
