He has over 15 years of experience in managing client relations, strategy, business improvement ,transformation, and governance.
Nitin has led and successfully delivered multiple projects across domains in FS such as banking, insurance, wealth management and capital markets.
His technical expertise extends across various layers of modern technical architectures that include touchpoint applications, integration solutions, data architectures, enterprise architectures and emerging new technologies.
Nitin also works in key innovation areas helping clients to drive, foster and embed innovations in their key processes and has led large scale innovation programmes in both the domestic and international markets in his career.
In his past assignments, he has successfully led projects from strategy till implementation of digital ecosystems, technology-led business process transformation, omnichannel customer experience, Enterprise Architecture Office, super-apps, ESB(enterprise service bus) and API implementation, cloud and technology strategy and data and analytics for FS clients.
In his career,he has also led projects in key emerging technologies such as blockchain, Low-code No-code Platforms, fintech driven innovations and Artificial Intelligence.
