His extensive expertise encompasses enterprise architecture, core banking product strategy, and delivery management, with a strong technical foundation in Java/JEE. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles including enterprise architect, delivery head, and solution architect, managing end-to-end development and implementation processes.
Srinivas has significant experience in core banking solutions, particularly with FLEXCUBE and FINACLE systems. He has successfully led numerous transformational programmes and possesses a deep understanding of banking operations across corporate and retail sectors, trade finance, and insurance domains. His recent projects include architecting a data warehouse for a major cooperative society in Canada and developing a centralised data analytics platform for KPMG Ignition Tokyo.
Srinivas is proficient in modern web technologies and methodologies such as AWS, Agile, and DevOps. He holds multiple certifications including TOGAF certified Enterprise Architect and PMI Certified PMP. Currently serving as an Associate Partner at KPMG in India, he is committed to driving innovation in the financial services sector.
