He has advised large MNC clients in ITeS, automotive, healthcare, manufacturing sector. He has Corporate and International tax consulting experience on inbound and outbound investment structuring – holding and financing structures, internal reorganisations and restructurings, tax incentive planning (special economic zones /R&D/investment and employment linked schemes) and Indian exchange control and foreign direct investment rules.
He advises large MNC clients in industrial/automotive, consumer and healthcare and IT sector. He frequently writes articles for tax research publications/online journals and speaks on topical international tax matters at industry and professional forums in Pune.
