Gaurav has over 20 years of experience in strategy, consulting and technology leadership. He has advised clients on AI strategy, digital transformation, business process improvement and operating models. He has incubated Tech CoEs, scaled multi-disciplinary teams and built reusable platforms and accelerators in the organisations he served prior to joining KPMG in India.
In KPMG in India, he is advising state and central ministries on digital strategy and transformation. Previously, he led national flagship programmes in the urban sector for the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
He has expertise in the application of artificial intelligence across sectors, domains, functions, and processes.
