Ameya is a senior project management professional with nearly 19 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure sector. He brings deep expertise in capital project implementation, with a focus on PMO setup, project delivery frameworks, EPC contract and claims management, and project assurance reviews. His work spans across sectors including industrial manufacturing (steel, pharma, tyre manufacturing etc.), real estate, transportation (ports, highways and metros), and urban infrastructure. Ameya has advised a wide spectrum of clients across the capex value chain including financiers, government authorities, developers/owners, EPC contractors, and suppliers. His international experience includes key assignments in the UAE, Qatar, and Oman, complementing his extensive work across India.
During his long association with KPMG in India, he has been an integral part of the Major Projects Advisory practice driving multiple practice development initiatives including tools development, people management, learning and development, operations management amongst others.
