Debabrata Ghosh is a Partner for Education and Skill Development practice and Chief Operating Officer for Government & Public Services at KPMG in India. He has over 22 years’ experience across the social sector, infrastructure and government space.
Debabrata has led multiple large-scale country-wide projects in skill development, education, livelihoods generation etc. He has also worked in the domains like public private partnership, project finance, social infrastructure, monitoring and evaluation, impact financing, policy advisory and strategy consulting.
During his career, he has worked extensively with various stakeholders from central government, state governments, donor agencies, private sector and large philanthropic foundations.
