Has above 30 years of experience in the areas of Indirect Taxes, Finance and Commercial functions. He has worked with local corporate as well as MNCs in the FMCG and Engineering sectors for over thirteen years.
Areas of Expertise:
- As a tax consultant, he has been advising various local corporates as well as multi-national clients, on indirect tax implications, tax planning, business restructuring and compliance aspects concerning the setting up of business operations in India.
- He has been associated with the GST initiatives of Central and various State governments. He has also advised multinational companies as well as local corporates in understanding GST impact on their businesses and supported them in implementation. Currently he is supporting various clients on GST, Advisory and Compliance requirements.
