Abhishek is a Partner at KPMG in India, within the corporate finance - deal advisory division and is based out of Gurugram. He brings close to 18 years of experience in investment banking with significant contribution to successful deal closures across industries with healthcare and life-sciences being his core sectors over the years. He is an expert in advisory across private equity and M&A transactions and has nurtured deep-rooted relationships with founders and investors over the years.
Abhishek has previously worked at o3 Capital, where he played a pivotal role in deal sourcing and end to end execution, including transaction marketing, negotiations, and overall project management. He also had a brief entrepreneurial stint when he was running his own venture in pharmaceutical marketing for couple of years. In the past, Abhishek was also associated with IBM India.
His expertise spans capital raising, M&A and strategic investment approach, helping clients access growth capital and value creation in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. He works closely with leading hospital chains, pharmaceutical companies, diagnostic networks, and medical products firms, as well as private equity and institutional investors.
