The Property Industry Excellence Awards 2025

Now in its tenth year, the KPMG Irish Independent Property Industry Excellence Awards are recognised as the premier platform for celebrating achievement across the Irish property sector. Since launch in 2015, they have shone a spotlight on the people, projects and organisations driving progress in this vital industry.

This year, honours will be presented across 10 categories, with the prestigious Lifetime Property Excellence Award honouring an individual whose contribution has had and will continue to have a lasting impact on the industry.

The black-tie awards ceremony will take place on the evening of Thursday, November 6, at the Convention Centre Dublin, where 1,000 industry stakeholders will gather to celebrate excellence, innovation, and leadership across the sector.

Integrity & sustainability

The awards are distinguished by their fully independent judging process and a strict no-sponsored-categories policy, ensuring transparency, integrity, and the confidence of the Irish property sector, backed by endorsement from leading professional bodies

Sustainability remains a governing theme for the 2025 awards. The awards program honours targeted actions undertaken by industry stakeholders to improve environmental credentials and address local and global sustainability challenges that align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal #9 (Industry Innovation & Infrastructure), Goal #11 (Sustainable Cities & Communities), and Goal #13 (Climate Action).

The black-tie awards ceremony will be held on the evening of Thursday, 6 November, at the Convention Centre Dublin. Over 1,000 industry stakeholders will gather to celebrate outstanding achievements in excellence, innovation, and leadership across the sector.
