Eamonn Richardson

Eamonn is a partner in the Restructuring department. He has over fifteen years of insolvency experience and has acted as liquidator, receiver and examiner to a wide range of companies across various sectors. Eamonn also advises stakeholders on underperforming trading businesses and provides strategic restructuring advice to enable clients assess their options and develop restructuring plans. Eamonn has worked on a range of assignments for lenders in Ireland and the UK in distressed situations and has worked on a large number of trading receiverships in a variety of sectors. He is also experienced in the wind down of operations of solvent entities and has been engaged as advisor and liquidator on a number of large scale group streamlining programmes for corporate clients across multiple jurisdictions.
