Scott is a director with KPMG’s Global Strategy Group, where he leads strategy projects across Northern Ireland and the operations and manufacturing sectors throughout the island.
Scott joined KPMG from McKinsey & Company, where he worked with private sector clients on strategy implementation and transformation. His career began in management consulting at Deloitte with a focus on large-scale organisational transformations, before he transitioned to a role in a Northern Ireland family business.
