Aji is the Head of People for KPMG Indonesia. He has more than 19 years of professional experiences across HR, accounting, auditing, project management, strategy consulting and organizational development roles in Indonesia.
Aji started his career as an external financial statement auditor where he hones his strengths in numeracy, relationship management and communication, and understanding of finance and business. Aji has also experienced working as consultant with experience in development of strategy execution plan of a leading telecommunication company; develop baseline policy and procedure of e-commerce company; and J-Sox compliance project of a manufacturing company.
Aji was the recipient of the Service for Asia (SFA) Fellowship and a full scholarship program in conjunction with the institute for societal leadership in 2015.
Aji was also ASEAN CSR Fellow from Indonesia in 2017, during the time where he harnesses the potential of the private sector in addressing key regional issues in anti-corruption, environmental degradation and human rights.
Aji also active in delivering in-house trainings especially with regards to soft-skill (leadership, communication, etc) related trainings.
