      About the job

      The candidate will be expected to:

      • Handle and manage several clients/portfolios including advising clients on projects such as mergers and acquisitions, cross border transactions, corporate restructuring, initial public offerings, tax due diligence, tax rulings, tax incentives and tax risk management.
      • Provide clients with tax efficient solutions which take into consideration a sound knowledge of our clients’ businesses.
      • Provide assistance and coordination for regional and/or global projects in various industries.

       

      Desired skills and experience

      • A degree in accounting or tax from an accredited university with a strong academic background and a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
      • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience as a tax consultant in a leading public accounting firm or tax consulting is an advantage.
      • A solid understanding of current tax regulations.
      • Proactive and organized, able to manage projects effectively and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
      • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
