KPMG in Croatia

Before joining KPMG Jakov started his career in independent regional brokerage house in 2007 where he worked as Equity Portfolio Manager. His primary role was managing individual equity portfolios in CEE region with emphasis on Croatian, Serbian, Slovenian and BiH capital markets. Jakov was also heavily involved in CEE Institutional Equity Sales with focus on institutional investors from EU, USA and domestic pension and mutual funds. Since joining KPMG, Jakov has been engaged in financial advisory (Transaction Services and Corporate Finance) and forensic assignments, including due diligence, valuation, restructuring, business plan development, financial structuring and forensic assignments in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Jakov is licensed “Investment Adviser” and "Trader" under Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (CFSSA).
