Goran Horvat

Since joining KPMG Croatia in 1998, Goran has worked on projects that have spanned the areas of audit, financial advisory, business strategy and planning advisory, financial modelling, financial advisory and operational consulting, with his primary focus on financial sector clients. Projects that Goran has worked on have included business strategy and planning advisory, financial modelling, financial advisory and operational consulting. In addition to Croatia, Goran has participated in numerous acquisitions, mergers, valuations and privatisations as well as due diligence investigations in Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia and Montenegro. Goran has experience in internal audit engagements in the financial services industry. He has participated in SOX advisory projects. Goran has also participated in forensic investigations for clients in the financial services industry and other industries. Goran has led many Independent Business Reviews and restructuring engagements in the chemicals industry, retail, contruction, hotels, shipbuilding, the transport sector and others.
