Jakov joined KPMG in Croatia in xxxx and is a partner in for the Deal Advisory practice.
Jakov is a financial consultant with extensive experience in leading M&A, complex financial and operational restructuring, valuations and due diligence projects. He provides support to clients in their investment decision-making processes, working shoulder to shoulder with top management and decision-making functions.
Jakov’s experience includes spending a year working for the Single Resolution Board (SRB) as a Senior Financial Expert and IRT coordinator.
Jakov is the sector Head for Energy and Utilities for the KPMG Adria Cluster that includes KPMG in Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
