Kakha is a Head of Tax and Legal Department at KPMG in Georgia. He has over 17 years of professional experience advising multinational and local clients on complex tax and legal issues. Kakha maintains primary responsibility for overseeing KPMG’s Tax and Legal Service activities in Georgia. This includes providing tax review and tax advisory services for local and international clients, due diligence assistance, Tax litigation, corporate reorganisations, Global Mobility Advisory Services, as well as participating in IFRS audits as an audit team member in different audits and reviews.
