KPMG Denmark has completed the financial year 2024 with a collective growth of 8% and a total revenue exceeding 1.6 billion DKK. At the same time, it is the first time that audit and advisory isolated crossed the one billion DKK in revenue and delivering a total growth of 9.4%.
“Our overall growth in KPMG Denmark is in my eyes impressive, in a changing world . We have maintained and expanded engagements with many of our existing clients, while making sure our relevance to the individual company has been a focal point,” says Mads Raahede, CEO and Senior Partner at KPMG Denmark.
First financial year for the CEO
FY24 is Mads Raahede's first full financial year as CEO, and it's not just numbers that have been his focus.
Achieving a strong result in a challenging year is more than just a number. It's a tangible proof of our dedication and the way we work at KPMG. It makes me proud to make a difference for our clients while working to set new standards.
According to Mads Raahede, KPMG's core business is the foundation for this year's strong result. Deep knowledge of the industries and strong relationships with clients, both existing and new ones, are leverage for KPMG to take a strong position among the Big 4 both in Denmark and internationally.
10 years of growth
FY24 marked KPMG Denmark's 10th anniversary since its re-establishment in 2014. In a decade, the company has grown to surpass its previous size by revenue.
“In the 10 years we've been in business, we have re-established ourselves and have now surpassed the previous KPMG in terms of revenue. The same 10 years also commit us to development. We are dedicated to win greater shares in the market and grow into our role in the Big 4 here in Denmark,” explains Mads Raahede.
Ready for the next step
Mads Raahede and KPMG are ready for 2025 and see new challenges for businesses in Denmark.
Uncertainty is greater than usual. 2025 will bring a new global landscape where many companies will have to find a new position. An adjustment that will require courage and visionary leadership. I expect to see changing priorities for many companies in 2025. Our job is to continue to be a reliable partner for our clients.
