How expectations around mobility and people changes across the workforce

In this session, we will present how regulations and employees' expectations are changing across pay, mobility, and life – and how businesses can anticipate and answer those challenges, "greening" their Employer Value Proposition to attract and retain talent. We aim to explore how mobility professionals can frame the companies' global mobility policies to integrate the ESG agenda and promote a green culture for a transformed workforce.

This session is targeted at HR and mobility professionals with an interest in exploring/discussing how the ESG agenda can be integrated into the companies' culture and strategies related to mobility employees, while attending to the expectations of the new workforce.
