What is TechAcademy?
TechAcademy is a premier program offered by KPMG with the goal to introduce ambitious students from diverse backgrounds to the cutting-edge technologies shaping the world today. Over the years, more than 200 students have graduated from our renowned program.
Our experts from KPMG NewTech will guide you through the landscape of emerging technologies, demonstrating how they can be leveraged to solve real-world challenges. You'll learn how technology and management consultants use these innovations to drive business success in Denmark and beyond. The program includes presentations by industry-leading professionals, collaborative business case exercises, and opportunities to present your own solutions.
Past sessions have featured insights from experts across various industries, including life sciences, finance, energy, and more.

TechAcademy isn’t just about technology; it’s about how technology intersects with business savviness to solve real challenges. You’ll gain a first-hand look at what it’s like to work as a management consultant, from handling client requests to rapidly turning ideas into actionable solutions with the best available technologies. Plus, you’ll get an inside look at KPMG’s unique working culture.
But most importantly, TechAcademy is fun! With team-building activities and networking opportunities, NewTech graduates have found the experience both enjoyable and rewarding.
Practical information
The 24/25 TechAcademy will be held over four evenings, each focusing on a different topic. Every session includes dinner, beverages, and snacks. After the final session, you'll be invited to an optional celebration with a night full of fun activities. Attendance at all sessions is required to receive your TechAcademy diploma. The session dates are:

- Thursday, 23rd January 2025
- Thursday, 6th March 2025
- Friday, 2nd May 2025
Application process
This program is open to students currently enrolled in a university (bachelor’s or master’s level). You don’t need to be studying a tech-related field—what matters most is your eagerness to learn and your genuine curiosity about technology. Skills can be taught, but passion cannot.
The application is due on 20 October 2024.
