Dale Treloggen

Dale joined KPMG's Transaction Services, Denmark, in 2004 where he became partner in 2007. Prior to that, Dale worked with KPMG in Switzerland and Australia since 1992.

Dale has extensive buy side and sell side project-leadership experience with primary focus on financial due diligence. Dale has built a reputation as a trusted financial due diligence and transaction adviser with a number of leading Danish corporate and private equity clients where he has combined his project leadership skills together with a strong financial and commercial focus to deliver value adding diligence to transaction processes.

Over the years Dale has worked extensively on cross border projects, with significant experience of assisting Danish acquirers execute transactions in other jurisdictions. Similarly, Dale has also assisted numerous non-Danish acquirers execute transactions in Denmark.
