Christina Schak

Christina is a Director at KPMG where she is the head of our Procurement Advisory function. She has been with KPMG since 2023, and prior to that she has gained more than 20 years of experience from various industries and has had a wide range of positions with a primary focus on procurement transformations, digital transformations, strategic sourcing and procurement optimisation.​

In her role, Christina supports clients in their procurement transformations by, among other duties, facilitating end-to-end business process design, assessing maturity levels and developing transformation road-maps and target operating models, developing governance structures, roles and responsibilities, executing testing and training cycles, anchoring organisational changes and facilitating knowledge transfer.

Besides this, Christina also plays a role within a range of procurement services including sourcing, category optimisation and implementation of procurement procedures and policies.
