Pernille Paisen

Pernille Paisen is a Director in Mobility and People Services and has more than 16 years of experience working with national and international personal tax which e.g. includes relocation of employees, hiring-out of labour, non-salary benefits, global payroll, immigration and the setting-up of businesses in Denmark and abroad.

Pernille is one of the leading Danish tax experts and is responsible for KPMG Acor Tax' Employment and Staff taxation group. She has considerable experience in advising on flexible remuneration packages, including the optimisation of remuneration packages and taxation of non-salary benefits.

Further, she has substantial experience in provision of advice on employer reporting and withholding obligations. Pernille has extended experience in completing Danish tax returns, optimising and avoiding double taxation in accordance with national and international matters.

Moreover, Pernille advises on work and residence permits and registration with the Register of Foreign Service Providers (RUT) and has developed a special knowledge of the Danish International Ship Register taxation of seafarers and taxation of pilots. She is well-connected with the relevant authorities securing an efficient and smooth process, and she assists with filing for the relevant permits in Denmark.
