Lars Lindberg

Lars is a Partner in NextGen Operations at KPMG. Lars has more than 25 years of experience with business transformation projects enabled by technology. He has detailed experience with all aspects of global ERP transformation programmes, and 15+ years of experience with project and programme management of large complex ERP projects.

In addition to his project and programme experience, Lars is also an experienced supply chain management consultant.

In all projects, Lars has helped clients improve their business and realise the benefits in the business case behind the project. His experience comes from the delivery of business transformation projects within the following industries: pharmaceuticals, utilities, consumer products, retail, high tech, industrial and transportation.
