Karina Wåhlstrand Johansen

Karina joined KPMG Acor Tax – Mobility and People services in January 2015. She has more than 15 years of experience working with cross-border taxation, providing assistance to expatriates, inbound to and outbound from Denmark and has experience in advising mobility teams and payroll departments on all aspects of an assignment. Karina has extensive experience with daily use of assignment related technology.   

Karina is specialised in providing global advisory to employers, assignees, local hires and business travelers regarding tax and social security matters in connection with assignments/cross border work. Here, she works with both Danish Headquarter based clients and larger international client teams across different industries. Her ability to understand the business needs combined with a strong technical background, enables her to deliver successful solutions which are client-centric and implementable.
