Martin has worked with CRM systems since 2016 and has been with KPMG since May 2022. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing and a cand.merc. in Change Management.

Martin has experience with complex CRM implementations, process optimisation via IT and general system analyses. He specialises in optimising customer processes with a focus on how a CRM system can help clients achieve the most optimal process and thus develop both business-wise and within their IT structure.

Martin is based in our Copenhagen office and has been responsible for several implementations at our clients.
