Søren Dalby is a corporate tax partner and advices both Danish and international companies.

Søren has over 17 years of experience with tax matters and returned to KPMG Acor Tax in May 2016 following a position in the industry as Head of Tax. Through his dedication to tax matters and extensive experience from both the industry and the tax authorities Søren has obtained solid knowledge of customer needs and the challenges that come with complex tax rules and the public’s focus on tax in general.

Søren’s comprehensive experience is reflected in quick action as well as strategic and practical advisory services on tax strategy, governance and policies, processes ensuring effective global tax compliance, international taxation, tax audit management, restructuring, M&As, communicating tax matters and technology application.
