Mads Berger is a Director in our NextGen Operations Advisory team where he takes on the role as Engagement lead and Subject Matter Expert for various clients implementing and improving IT Service Management and Enterprise Service Management. His main deliverables are to mature the operating model of our clients - very often this constitutes a mix with improved processes, roles and responsibilities, governance and tool-support.
Mads has 20+ years of experience within IT Service Management as consultant and trainer, starting with Service Manager in ITIL V2, ITIL Expert in ITIL V3, Strategic Leader in ITIL 4 and Expert in FitSM. During the years he has assisted clients with everything from reducing downtime of services to achieving higher customer satisfaction.
