Mads Bjerregaard is the data & analytics lead in KPMG Denmark and member of the Global Strategy Group. He has been responsible for implementing a number of data & analytics tools across KPMG to utilise and leverage big data. This includes collecting and organising data, working with Extract, Transform and Load processes as well as advanced analytical models
Mads has almost 10 years of experience from the KPMG Deal Advisory team, where he has been conducting financial and commercial due diligence for well- known private companies as well as private equity firms. Mads has also been leading strategic projects, such as market sizing and long-term commercial/financial scenario analyses.
In addition, Mads has extensive experience in data-driven financial modelling and advanced analyses, valuations and peer group analysis. He has assisted clients with construction of cash flow models as well as consolidation flows.
Recently, Mads rejoined KPMG after having worked one year in Danish luxury brand Bang & Olufsen where he co-headed the group strategy team. Mads was lead on a group-wide business analytics project which included a complete turnaround of data processes and structures.
