      Ida Føhns Pørksen

      Legal Officer, Danish Agency for Digital Government

      Ida is a Legal Officer in the Danish Agency for Digital Government’s AI Act team (the Office for Digital Regulation and Supervision) with responsibility for the Danish implementation of the EU's AI Regulation. The work includes the preparation of guidance, supervisory planning and national legislative preparation, as well as contributing to the building of governance and oversight structures for the AI Regulation. This includes coordination with the Ministry and other authorities to translating regulatory requirements into a practical framework for regulation and supervision of artificial intelligence.

      Martin is COO and part of the leadership team at KPMG Denmark. He has been a partner for more than 15 years and has been working on different types of Advisory engagements, often within IT security for more than 20 years. Martin is well-known for his work in both Denmark and the rest of Scandinavia. He has been involved in several public infrastructure projects in Denmark and has implemented security systems at some of the major financial institutions.
