      Unn Kristin Mardal, KPMG Norway

      Unn Kristin Mardal works as a lawyer/director in Global Mobility Services at KPMG Law. She has been providing advisory services to international companies since she joined KPMG Law in 2007.

      Her main areas of expertise are national and international personal taxation, international employment law, as well as the registration and reporting obligations of Norwegian and foreign employers in connection with work in Norway.

      Unn Kristin also has experience as a project manager for global assignments. Before joining KPMG Law, she worked for many years at the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration. She therefore has in-depth knowledge of immigration regulations and leads the immigration practice area within Global Mobility Services.

      Carina Frykman, KPMG Sweden

      Carina Frykman is a Manager in the Migration Team at KPMG Sweden, where she supports companies with right-to-work assessments and work permit applications. Her expertise lies in guiding clients through complex immigration matters with strategic and practical advice. She joined KPMG in August 2025, bringing 15 years of experience in immigration services from both the private and government sector. 

      Daida Hadzic, KPMG U.S.

      15 years of experience with international social security through work in the Danish ministries, EU Commission and Pension funds. Director in KPMG since September 2016.

      Alex Lehtinen, KPMG Finland

      Alex Lehtinen is a Tax and Legal Senior at KPMG Finland, specializing in immigration and relocation services. He supports companies in managing international mobility and inbound workforce to Finland. Alex began his career at KPMG as a trainee in March 2022 and has since developed strong expertise in immigration matters and global mobility compliance.

      Emma Juhl, KPMG Acor Tax, Denmark

      Emma Juhl is a Senior Consultant in KPMG Acor Tax’s Global Mobility Tax Services practice. Emma joined the team in March 2021. First as a Student assistant and later as a full-time Consultant in September 2022. Emma advises on national Danish and international personal tax matters, including employee relocation, hiring-out of labour, non-salary benefits, global payroll and business establishment in Denmark. Additionally, Emma advises and assists with immigration matters such as work- and residence permits and the Posted worker Directive registration (RUT registration in Denmark).

      Zehra Cömert, KPMG Acor Tax, Denmark

      Zehra Øzdemir Cömert is manager in KPMG Acor Tax's Global Mobility Tax Services practice. Zehra has more than 10 years of experience advising on immigration and relocation matters, in particular in respect of providing advice and assistance with relevant residence and/or work permits of the company’s international employees as well as RUT registration (Posted Workers Directive registration) practices.

      Before joining KPMG Acor Tax in 2023, Zehra started her journey as a case officer at the Danish immigration authorities, followed by +6 years at PwC as immigration expert and inhouse global mobility consultant at the University of Copenhagen. Zehra possesses extensive experience in immigration for international workers in Denmark and provides immigration and relocation services for the offshore sector, industry and tech companies as well as private equity investors.

      Zehra’s career has focused on corporate inbound and outbound international immigration matters, with a particular emphasis on responsible immigration policy. Based in the Hellerup office, Zehra is part of the Globsl Mobility Tax Services team and has very close collaboration with the International Tax and the Social Security tax teams in KPMG Acor Tax. Due to Zehra’s many years of experience, she is also a trusted name at the Danish immigration network as well as at the Danish authorities.
