Please note that the webinars were held in Danish.

In November, KPMG invited you to two webinars about current topics within accounting, tax and VAT - topics that are all relevant for this year-end closing and annual report.

The accounting part of the webinar series dove into news, tendencies, and practical challenges, which are of importance for the 2025 financial reporting process. Among other, we gave an update on changes to the Danish Bookkeeping Act, the Danish Financial Statements Act, other Danish legislation and IFRS, which can impact the 2025 annual report.

In the tax webinar, we provided you with a 360 degree overview over news and relevant changes in the tax area.

      Transfer Pricing
We focused on the decreased documentation requirements and the latest trends in transfer pricing, including the tax authorities' increased attention and practical implications for companies.

      Corporate tax
Next, we reviewed current issues in corporate taxation, including the 2025 information form and the latest framework for tax incentives in areas such as research and development (R&D), software, and green operating assets.

      VAT
We also took a closer look at the challenges companies face in relation to VAT. This includes VAT on TP adjustments, clarification of deduction requirements for conditional discounts, reporting of cross-border trade, and the Danish Tax Agency's increased focus on this area.

      Personal income tax
Finally, we focused on the latest trends and changes in personal income tax and the potential consequences and opportunities for both employers and employees.
