Are you interested in how buildings can support the green transition in Copenhagen? You’re not alone. Buildings account for a large part of the city’s emissions and transforming them is essential for reaching Copenhagen’s climate goals. But how do we get there?

Energispring: reducing energy consumption in buildings

Energispring (Energy Leap) is the City of Copenhagen’s initiative bringing together building owners, housing companies, pension funds, and other stakeholders to reduce energy use and CO₂ emissions from buildings across the city. By focusing on practical action and strong partnerships, the initiative plays a key role in supporting Copenhagen’s goal of further carbon reduction by 2035.

The event program included the following, among others:

      • Insight into how buildings play a role in the green transition.
      • Keynote talks in the field of decarbonization strategy and sustainable finance
      • Breakout group discussions to connect deeper on these topics with fellow participants
      • Food, networking, and time to connect
