Leaders 2050’s latest survey asked young people in Denmark and around the globe what their perception was of progress within climate, sustainability and social impact and how empowered they felt to make a difference.
Our report reveals that young people in Denmark feel a large responsibility for driving forward a sustainable agenda and see climate-friendly initiatives as not just organisational ‘requirements’, but also key elements that contribute to an organisation's bottom line. For example, participants felt they helped to establish a better working environment, and a way of attracting top talent.
