Lujing is a Director in KPMG’s Audit - Top Tier practice, and Lead of the Asia Desk of KPMG Nordic, and brings more than 15 years of experience advising large, complex, and international groups, including listed companies. She joined KPMG in 2021, following prior roles at another Big 4 accounting firm in both Denmark and China, where she built deep expertise in capital markets and complex shareholder structures.
Lujing provides audit and advisory services across a broad range of industries, with a strong focus on life sciences, medical devices, manufacturing, digital financial services, energy, and retail. She has in-depth knowledge of IFRS, risk management, corporate governance, internal controls, and financial functions, and supports clients in navigating complex financial and regulatory environments.
She has solid experience with IPO processes, pre-IPO preparation, and due diligence, supporting both national and international companies in their transition to public markets. In addition, Lujing has extensive experience leading and managing complex audit and consulting engagements, including close collaboration with clients’ shared service centers and local finance teams.
Lujing applies a pragmatic and results-driven approach to her work, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of day-to-day operations within large organizations. With her international background, she brings valuable insights to multinational clients, particularly in supporting cross-border engagements involving China and other Asian markets.
