Martin Eiler is an Audit Partner in KPMG’s Large Cap department and has over 30 years of experience in auditing and advising primarily larger clients. He has extensive expertise in working closely with management teams, boards, and audit committees to ensure high-quality financial reporting and compliance.
Martin holds an MSc in Business Administration and Auditing and is a State Authorised Public Accountant. He is IFRS certified and a Certified Examiner with the Danish Business Board.
Throughout his career, Martin has built a broad auditing expertise across a diverse client portfolio, with a strong sector focus on transport and logistics, energy, the airline industry (transport, cargo, and maintenance), and companies using PoC accounting in various lines of business. He specializes in auditing larger companies and groups, adhering to either the Danish Financial Statements Act or IFRS as their financial framework, including listed companies.
Martin is dedicated to ensuring efficient collaboration within large audit teams, working closely with group accounting and component auditors to deliver seamless and effective audits.
Beyond his role at KPMG, Martin is affiliated with the Danish Business Authority and serves as an examiner for the oral auditor examination.
