Jette is a Director in KPMG’s Large Cap practice and a State Authorized Public Accountant with more than 30 years of experience within the audit profession. Her primary focus areas include the financial sector, EU subsidies, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
Jette specializes in insurance companies, pension funds, and banks, and brings deep industry knowledge gained through both advisory and in-house roles. She has eight years of experience as Head of Compliance and Deputy Head of Internal Audit in large financial institutions, covering both banking and insurance. In addition, she has served as external auditor for insurance companies and has worked with Danish and international investors, real estate funds, and private equity portfolio companies, including involvement in M&A and due diligence engagements for both national and international clients.
She has solid experience in the audit of separate and consolidated financial statements in accordance with the Danish Financial Business Act, IFRS, and Danish GAAP, and is highly experienced in navigating complex regulatory and reporting environments.
Jette has extensive experience collaborating across Nordic teams within insurance, banking, and real estate, as well as working internationally with large and medium-sized companies with subsidiaries in Denmark. She also brings valuable experience from audits conducted in developing countries and has worked extensively with associations and foundations, including grant-funded activities and the administration of Danish Youth Council funds.
