      Charlotte Bendsøe is a Partner in Financial Services at KPMG, where she is responsible for advising clients in the financial sector. She has been with KPMG since 2013, with a brief detour to the industry.

      Charlotte has spent more than 10 years working as an actuary, actuarial consultant and a project manager. Her professional focus is directed towards financial risk management for financial institutions. During her time at KPMG, she has worked with numerous clients within this sector both locally and internationally.

      Charlotte is a skilled and experienced actuarial expert, in the past focusing mostly on the non-life insurance segment, having worked with projects within the fields of reserving, reinsurance, large financial transformation projects, validation, actuarial function related tasks as well as various risk modelling projects covering those fields.

      Charlotte also has extensive experience within the field of project management – using both Waterfall and SCRUM development approaches - and has led projects in the past covering IT, Actuarial, Risk Management organization, AML and governance/compliance within those areas.

      Charlotte is a very strong communicator, all management layers included, and is very skilled at stakeholder management and project execution. She is a successful mediator and consensus builder. She takes on challenges with enthusiasm and always keep an open mind.
