Ulrik Andersen is a Partner with nearly 30 years of experience as an auditor, including 20 years working abroad. He has extensive expertise in auditing large, international, publicly listed companies and advising on complex financial reporting and compliance matters.
He holds an MSc in Business Administration and Auditing and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the U.S. Ulrik is also an Approved Sustainability Auditor and has completed the KPMG Global Lead Partner Program in cooperation with Harvard Business Publishing.
Ulrik has significant experience in auditing multinational groups under IFRS and PCAOB standards. His industry expertise spans exploration and processing of mineral resources, manufacturing, construction, healthcare and pharma, transportation, online business, services, trading, FMCG (tobacco, electronics, and F&B), and retail. He has also worked extensively with IPOs and other capital markets transactions.
Throughout his career, Ulrik has held several leadership positions, including Director and daily operational leader of KPMG's office in the Ural region, Partner at KPMG CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States), Head of the Automotive Sector in CIS (including membership in KPMG's Global and EMA Automotive Steering Groups), and Head of DPP (Department for Professional Practice) within Assurance, where he focused on audit quality.
