      René Lønne Arenfeldt is director in KPMG Acor Tax's Corporate Tax practice. René has more than 10 years of experience advising businesses on a broad range of topics within corporate taxation.  

       

      Before joining KPMG Acor Tax in 2025, René worked with CORIT Advisory and EY, focusing on corporate and international tax matters.

       

      René advises on all matters within Danish and international corporate tax law, including corporate taxation, international tax law, compliance, transactions and structuring, investments and M&A. René is specialised in the Danish R&D tax incentive scheme. René has furthermore authored several publications on corporate tax matters, including the tax treatment of software, the Danish R&D tax incentives rules, mark-to-market taxation of investment properties and the Danish general anti-avoidance rule (GAAR).

       

      In addition, René has worked several years with the taxation of Danish power and utility companies.
