The ‘Digital Therapies Snapshot’ provides you with a regular overview of the digital therapy landscape, with a focus on digital health applications (DiGAs) in Germany.
In the first half of 2026, four new DiGAs were authorised, and one DiGA was moved from the provisional list to the permanent list.
Two further DiGAs were removed from the list maintained by the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM), meaning that there are currently 60 active DiGAs.
You will also find information on the number of DiGAs per indication according to the ICD-10 classification and on the reimbursement rates for permanently and provisionally listed DiGAs across the various indications.
