Corporate responsibility - often discussed in public under the term Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) - is concretised in our company through programmes and initiatives that follow the following guiding principles with a focus on education and lifelong learning:

The core of our activities is to provide our employees with opportunities for social engagement. We create the financial and also organisational framework conditions for their charitable commitment.

Initiatives such as JOBLINGE give our employees the opportunity to get involved in the community and to help. Contact with other professional and life worlds is often associated with a personal challenge that broadens one's own horizons.

In some programmes, we specifically use our professional know-how. For example, KPMG employees impart targeted financial knowledge to school students in our educational programme "Fit for Business". In addition, KPMG employees have been giving expert lectures at more than fifty universities or technical colleges for several years in order to share their practical and theoretical knowledge with students.

Our engagement programmes address current issues such as inclusion and integration and focus on the topic of education. After all, education is a human right and a cornerstone for sustainable development. Promoting lifelong learning for all is our global priority. Our activities address this issue and also pay tribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations, whereby our focus here is on the sustainable support of SDG 4 "Quality Education". Our engagement formats are characterised by personal motivation, direct contact with those supported and immediate assistance.
