Pavel Kliment will assume the role of Managing Partner of KPMG in the Czech Republic from October. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Partner responsible for the real estate and construction sector. He will succeed Radek Halíček, who will in turn lead the KPMG network across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) as Chairman and CEO.
Pavel Kliment leads KPMG’s advisory team focused on risk management, finance and the optimization of related processes. He joined KPMG in 1999 and worked at KPMG in Detroit, USA, from 2003 to 2005. He became a partner in the Czech practice in 2010 and has served as COO since 2022.
He has extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors. He is a member of the supervisory board of the Association for Real Estate Market Development and a founding member of the Association for Architecture and Development and the Initiative for Affordable Housing. He also oversees the annual KPMG Property Lending Barometer, which analyses bank financing of real estate in the CEE region.
Radek Halíček has led KPMG in the Czech Republic since 2016. He will now head the firm’s operations across 16 countries in Central and Eastern Europe as CEO and Chairman of the board for the region.
