An essential part of the engagements is also the preparation of comparative analyses for commodity, service, and financial transactions. Zdeněk also has extensive experience in leading projects aimed at obtaining binding assessments of transfer pricing methods and supporting clients in transfer pricing disputes before the tax authorities.
